This Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy, along with the terms of use at Kvita Luxe Depot, covers the following:

· Acceptance of product cancellations before dispatch.

· Acceptance of product returns after purchase from the Platforms.

· Governing terms and conditions for return or cancellation of products by Users.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

1. Cancellation before dispatch is allowed.

2. Users can cancel orders before they are dispatched .
3. Users will receive a unique tracking number for order status.
4. To cancel before dispatch, users can send a WhatsApp message with an order ID to +91 8160694784.
5. Refunds for cancellations before dispatch are process and credited within 2-3 business days.

TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 7 days.

  • The goods are in the original packaging.

  • PARCEL OPENING VIDEO IS COMPULSORY. Without the parcel opening video, we will not entertain any claim.

  • Damage / Defective / Short Product In case you receive a damaged or defective product, send us a parcel opening video highlighting the defect or damaged product & box label on this number. We will process and credit the refund within 3-4 working days. You should report this issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • In case, you want to return the product You can send it back to our warehouse and inform us about the same on our customer care WhatsApp number +91 8160694784 OR You can inform us by e-mail kvitaluxedepot1@gmail.com. You need to return the products in the same condition as you received within 7 days of receiving the order. We will process and credit the refund for the product value within 3-4 working days of receiving your order. Return shipping charges will not be refunded. Our warehouse address:

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
